We've deliberately been operating lean. Haven't used any angel money, but after fleshing out next year's roadmap with the team, excited to rev the engine!

I am in a love-hate conundrum with my leadership journey. But I realize the more I go through the difficult parts of it, the more I get what style makes sense for both my team and I.
So far, I can say the hardest team to manage is one where everyone is performing so well 🫣

Tbh this is the first time I'm actually enjoying customer support (used to absolutely hate it)
Empowering to have someone complaining about something not working on an old version of safari (15.2) and working with an eng to fix it in an hr or so

This may be a minority opinion, but I enjoyed the One Sports commentary for the Yulo finals; Sev Sarmenta represented all of us who didn't understand gymnastics at all

Maybe just outgrowing some of the significant ones & the feeling of grief. It's the anxiety of keeping true to myself vs keeping people. But sometimes you need to prune a bit to grow taller.
It does feel horrid sometimes, but that's ok. The ones that keep u rooted stay.
