@grabph hey what’s this? It says my order’s been delivered when I have not received anything. The order on the app has been completed and I’m here starving and crying

I haven’t eaten dinner and ordered through Grab Food Food is prepped and I’m waiting for it then Grab Rider calls asking ME to cancel cause they want to go home and the delivery address goes the other way from where he goes home to. I check how to cancel and Grab offers no solution at all and just let me starve while the Rider holds me and my food hostage. @grabph I just want to eat. I’ve been waiting for an hour. I’m starving.. 😭
