Claude Cowork just got computer use and it's absolutely insane 🤯
Schedule a task once → Claude opens your browser, logs into Meta Ads Manager, pulls your performance data, analyzes your creatives, and saves a finished brief to your computer.
Every morning, while you sleep.
All inside Claude Cowork.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still manually pulling ad reports, screenshotting competitor ads, and copy-pasting data between tools every week.
If you're running Meta Ads and your weekly workflow looks like this — log into Ads Manager, export a CSV, open it in a spreadsheet, try to figure out why CPAs spiked, screenshot competitor ads from the Ad Library, paste everything into a doc, write a brief from scratch ...
Claude Cowork now does the entire thing without you touching your keyboard:
→ Opens Chrome and navigates to your Meta Ads Manager
→ Pulls performance data across every active creative
→ Opens the Meta Ad Library and checks 5 competitors for new ads
→ Analyzes hook performance, fatigue signals, and winning angles
→ Writes a creative brief in your brand voice
→ Saves everything as real files directly to your computer
→ Runs on a schedule — daily, weekly, whatever you set
No CSV exports.
No copy-pasting between tools.
No sitting at your desk pulling reports.
What you get:
→ A daily performance snapshot without opening Ads Manager
→ Competitor ad monitoring on autopilot
→ Creative fatigue signals before CPAs blow up
→ A data-backed brief your creative team can execute immediately
→ All of it running while you're getting coffee, at the gym, or on your phone
Send a task from your phone. Claude picks it up on your desktop. You get the finished deliverable.
I put together a full playbook with the exact setup, the prompts, the scheduled task configuration, and 5 DTC workflows that use computer use.

Perplexity just quietly dropped a 42-page internal guide on how they actually use AI at work.
What I found most useful:
→ How they automate the small stuff. Email, meeting prep, research (all done by AI)
→ Using AI to amplify your curiosity, not replace it.
→ Their prompting playbook is simple, practical, and genuinely good.
Comment “AI” and I’ll send it to you for free.

A ton of U.S. food/bev brands hit $10M–$20M+ and start chasing international deals.
Tempting but almost never worth it.
Usually starts at a trade show; some group rolls up saying they got [insert massive brand] into [insert country] and can do the same for you.
Here’s the usual sequence:
- Canada: Small market. Maybe five real banners. Bilingual packaging is a nightmare. Unless you’re talking Costco Canada, skip it. Love Canada but it is not easy to get food/bev brands in there at scale.
- Mexico: In some ways it’s actually easier than Canada...but if you're positioned ultra premium in the U.S., the pricing and positioning won’t translate easily. It’s a GRIND.
- UK/EU:By the time your product leaves your warehouse, gets on a boat, clears customs, you’ve lost a decent chunk of shelf life + all the regulatory hurdles.
- Japan: There’s no logical reason to do this…except your packaging looks incredible in Japanese. So you end up cutting a deal with 7-Eleven Japan.
(Fun fact: Seven & i Holdings, based in Tokyo, owns 7-Eleven globally, including 7-Eleven U.S.)
Anyway, I brought my snowboard. The snow in Niseko was 🤌and the people at 7-Eleven Japan were super cool!
Plenty of opportunity right here in 🇺🇸 to hit 9 figures in sales!!!

@ShaanVP I worked for Sidney Frank right when after graduating college. He hired me to be his “personal caddy”, I travelled in his entourage with his chef, trainer and golf pro. I went on to manage several markets and helped launch grey goose. Used those lessons to start my own ventures
