@Paytmcare Its been a week now, and overall 7 months to release our fund. Payment was made via UPI and as per The Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 you should have release it by T+2 day. @RBI @RBIsays please help, we have sent mails to customer care, nodal officer but no luck.

@PaytmBusiness Ticket id: 5103628833 Payment is on hold for more than 6 months, your team is not responding. Your terms and services doe not mention holding any payment without notice. Chargeback period already completed stop holding merchant payments unnecessary without reasons.

@Paytmcare In 4th month they will ask for PDF and same story continue, its been more than 6 months even dispute window is also closed but they will not release your payment.

@Paytmcare In 3rd month they will ask for shop photo, business proof etx which we already submitted on signup… again you submit all the images, and wait for 15days

@Paytmcare In 2nd month they will apologies and come up with other excuses to hold your payment. They will ask for invoice of any random transaction and 1 more month passed

@Paytmcare Initially they straight denied any payment hold, and force us to send banks statement for proof. If today I transfer money to anyone my statment shows how much I transferred theyn why paytm wants statement from merchants, but in this process they will waste your 1 month

@Paytmcare #Harassment by #paytm is at heights. They holds merchant payments for no reasons , when we search internet thousands of merchants are complaining of payment hold.

@Paytmcare @jagograhakjago @ndtvindia paytm is holding amount for last six months, they asking us the statement of transaction which we already provided, instead they checking their own record of amount settled they keep asking for different documents which we already sent.

@DTDCSupport @DTDCIndia What a services, is this how your guarantee of 5 day services??? Where last mile services is weekly once. I think IndiaPost would have delivered in max 4-5 days. Please also let us know whats escalation matrix of your claim of failed to deliver within stipulated time frame.

@DTDCSupport @DTDCIndia We visited the ahmedabad west branch out of urgency as mentioned in tracking app and confirmed by call center executive, branch person said it is with other branch and the area is served weekly once so may be person will come in next 2-3 days if any more parcel Of that area come
