In February 2024, I was held in contempt of court for refusing to disclose confidential reporting source(s) STATEMENT: "We are disappointed with the court’s decision and are examining options for seeking further review in the Supreme Court.  We continue to believe that the court of appeals is wrong on the law under the First Amendment.  And we think it is particularly troubling that the court made rulings about free speech rights under the First Amendment that will impact every journalist in the US while keeping secret, critical evidence bearing on the national security implications of this case."

A disturbing case out of Arizona. Investigators say a 31 year old man was taken into custody after allegedly unlawfully entering the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s facility and sexually abusing four deceased individuals inside the building. Authorities are withholding additional information while families are being notified.

Two parents are facing homicide charges after their newborn baby was allegedly beaten to death inside a Pennsylvania hospital room. Authorities say Kevin Canaan, 28, and Yeniffer Tavarez-Cepeda, 25, physically abused their one day old son while inside a private recovery room at Tower Health Reading Hospital. Hospital staff called police on May 2 after the newborn, who had reportedly appeared healthy, was suddenly found in severe medical distress. The infant was airlifted to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for emergency neonatal care, where he later died. Investigators say doctors determined the baby’s injuries were consistent with physical abuse and not complications from childbirth. An autopsy later revealed the newborn suffered multiple internal injuries, and the death was ruled a homicide.

JLR reportedly told a judge he was in “extreme fear” after WBR allegedly knocked on his door. During the hearing, WBR reportedly asked for a police report tied to the alleged incident, which JLR and his attorney reportedly could not produce, as JLR started crying on the stand to show the judge how fearful he was. JLR also reportedly denied having prior domestic violence charges until the court allegedly pulled records during proceedings. Videos were also reportedly shown in court allegedly depicting JLR holding Nazi flags, as his face turned beet red and claimed the videos were AI generated. The final injunction reportedly bars direct or indirect contact, including through social media, third parties, phone, e mail, or other electronic communication. The order also reportedly requires WBR to stay 500 feet away from JLR’s residence and person, and 100 feet away from his vehicle. WBR maintains he was never contacting JLR directly anyway so nothing changes, the order does NOT prevent him from continuing to publicly discuss or comment on JLR online nor does it prevent protests occurring where we originally held them.

Nancy Guthrie Some have reported that Annie & Tomasso have not been seen. I personally checked the BASIS Oro Valley school where Tomasso teaches 6th grade biology. I do not see his name listed as a teacher but perhaps he has taken leave or perhaps the school is concerned about listing his name since millions remain convinced he abducted his mother-in-law of 20 years. Either way, this action indicates damage to Tomasso. If anyone else finds him listed for the current school year, please LMK. Why are they laying low? Obvious concern over ridicule I believe, but also perhaps this: Defamation suits: In most states, including Arizona, one has to prove that a falsehood was made, such as being accused of a crime, and that the person(s) suffered damage. Consider Tomasso & Annie's damages? *Reputation *Public ridicule and accusations, not that they killed a stranger, but worse, that they abducted/killed their mother. *Have their jobs been affected? His name being off the list of teachers could be an indication. *Annie Guthrie is still listed as a poetry teacher at the University of Arizona share.google/vIca8VR92Ae5wK… so it appears her standing with the university has not changed. *Their son Pietro- How has this affected him? I shutter to think about that. The bottom line is the entirety of how they have been damaged will be considered if a suit is lodged against those indicating they are responsible for what happened to Nancy, if as LE has said, they had nothing to do with the crime. As I see it, their low profile, lack of band appearances, possible affects on work income, and what their child may be going through would all be part of such a suit in terms of damages. Is Annie & Tomasso laying low actually a beacon as to how damaged they are and an indication of their plans to come? P.S. His sister had been grabbed and carried into a shed. The father ran inside, pulled a 47-year-old ranch hand off his 5-year-old daughter, and beat the man with his bare hands. He called 911 immediately, asking for help, saying he did not know what to do. The man died from his injuries. A grand jury declined to charge the father. Texas law allows deadly force during a sexual assault. To one side, this is exactly how the law should work — a parent protecting a child in the moment. To the other, deadly private justice always carries risk, even when the moral case feels obvious.
