@dan7894 @FOX4 Yes! So thankful for a 3 day weekend! Most of us in education average 10-11 hour days with a 30 min lunch, so it’s a welcome break😊 (BTW, most districts are short on subs just in case you are interested in applying.)

@FOX4 How about a senate bill to increase the amount of days teachers actually goto work. Another 4 day weekend starting tomorrow

Senate Bill 9 would provide across the board raises for teachers and support staff, while the other, Senate Bill 8 would create a financial incentive for families looking to pill their kids out of public school and into private schools. fox4news.com/news/texas-sen…
