@FrontierCorp been without Internet all morning. App says no outages in area, but tons of reports of such on Ring and elsewhere. Chat support option is useless. And been on hold for an hour and a half waiting to speak to an actual person. Quite ridiculous. How can I work?!?!

@FrontierCorp Please DM me. My internet is off & on all day, my landline phone has major hum. I tried calling Frontier, but was put on hold for 25 minutes, then hung up on. My jacks have never been fixed either. I pay indoor insurance , this all gets me upset. Plz respond. TY😎

@FrontierCorp service is horrible. Crashes when kid downloads a game, goes offline frequently and then tell me we should have it resolved in 8 hours... never had this many problems with "slower speeds" providers.

@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Day 10 of no internet, and 6 days removed from the Frontier tech confirming it’s because of their own contractor cutting the line outside. No one ever showed up for the appointment scheduled for yesterday or provided an update to that effect. After reaching out to customer service AGAIN this morning, I’m told someone should be here between 9-3pm (after originally being lied to - see photo). If I didn’t reach out, who was going to tell me someone is supposedly coming today? Time to wait around AGAIN and see if someone actually shows up this time.
