@FrontierCorp most of my area hasn’t had internet for over 15 hours. You keep saying it will be fixed and give us a time and then it’s not and you don’t update anything.

@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Hey I was scheduled for an installation today from 8–12, then it was pushed to 1–5 due to delays. It’s now past 5 and no technician has shown up. I wasted my entire day waiting. This is unacceptable. Can someone please make this right?

Anyone have phone issues with @FrontierCorp ? They are the only phone company in my mom’s area. It goes out for days at a time every month. She’s in her 70s and I’m always worried she’ll have an emergency when it’s out.

@FrontierCorp yall really screw your customers. When I signed up a year ago it was supposed to be $50 a month and $200 gift card. No gift card and its been $68-75 a month. Lame AF.

Hey @FrontierCorp we waited for years to have fiber come to our area and this is how the install went. It runs out of a box, across a gully, through a culvert, and into an open box in a drainage ditch that stays full of water all the time. 🤦🏼‍♂️
