Ever since @verizon bought @FrontierCorp , my service has gone to SHIT. I came from a cable provided service to this “fiber” connection that somehow experiences more drops in connection since Verizon than I did in my entire tenure with my prior provider. Absolutely pathetic

5 days after cancelling my account, @AskFrontier sends me a modem, leaves it on my doorstep & I can't seem to get a code from them to return it- although the bot says they sent it 3 times.

@FrontierCorp This is unacceptable. My dad died Dec 1, and despite MULTIPLE calls, transferring his home phone, and returning your internet equipment, you’re STILL billing him nearly 5 months later. No one is using this service. Stop the charges and fix this immediately!
