Io le porterei all'attenzione la fallacia di chi non sa leggere quanto scritto. Di fatto, io non ho mai asserito che quanto dicesse fosse falso né ho mai asserito che ci fossero altri studi. Mi sono limitato a chiederle se quello fosse Grok poiché ne ha l'aspetto. Dovrebbe quantomeno mostrare le fonti, "così funziona sa?"

Le biopsie con ago causano diffusione del tumore? La risposta è sì, e le ricerche che lo dimostrano sono moltissime, così come le tecniche alternative per ridurre il rischio. Rischio che arriva per alcuni tumori al 3%, ovvero 1 cancro causato dalla biopsia ogni 33 aspirazioni. Una probabilità altina, per me, ma ciascuno farà i suoi calcoli. Tanto nessuno ci capisce di matematica... Il fenomeno si chiama needle-track seeding (o tumor seeding lungo il tratto della bull sia) è un evento ben documentato in letteratura oncologica per diversi tipi di tumori, inclusi quelli di fegato (soprattutto epatocarcinoma, HCC), prostata, mammella e polmone. Si tratta della disseminazione di cellule neoplastiche lungo il percorso dell'ago usato per la biopsia, che possono causare un altro cancro. Non è una teoria cospirazionista, non è una balla, è scienza. Uno su trentatré...

Guardi, a parte che è molto probabile io sappia meglio di lei come funziona, mi è stata fatta la stessa domanda su studi che mettevano in relazione autismo e vaccini. Ne ho tirati fuori 20 in 10 minuti circa, pur senza prendere nessuna delle due parti, come faccio ora. Non so se le conviene. Ma poiché non ho 10 minuti da dedicarle adesso, si ritenga fortunato.
