My daughter was mugged and had her phone stolen. @AdmiralUK issued a voucher for a new new one then cancelled it, saying the claim had to be validated. I just checked in to get an update and this was their response. Am I being unreasonable, or is this really poor? #insurance

This is the day I dreaded. Sending you all notification that the Cancer has progressed and we have stopped treatment. I’m in the hospital awaiting a plan to return home with in home Hospice care. Thanks for the love & support. Keep powering on. I’m grateful for all of you 🙏🏻💙
