@airindia I understand the disruption. But when will your systems reflect the flight cancellation? Why doesn't your support staff see the flight is cancelled.

@airindia my flight from Hyd to Del is cancelled and resulted in missing the flight from DEL to SYD. I see the delay in staff responding, luggage claiming, rebooking. I couldn’t move from rebooking queue which is taking terrible delay for each passenger. Horrible experience

@airindia where is your ground staff and queue management?

@airindia @yvdvarma There is no ground staff assisting here. Only two counters where people are still crowded. When will your systems get updated. Your support centre says they do not have any update on your systems. At least we can try rescheduling over phone

@yvdvarma We have also alerted our ground team to provide all the necessary assistance to the passengers.2/2
