@airindia@Flipkart My flight PNR 8S6TKUis cancelled due to UAE air space closure it was booked by flipkart travel, now I want to rescedule Air india website saying contact to travel agent and Flipkart travel support saying contact to airline, please guide what to do ?
2 months. No response.
Our family of 5 (incl. a senior citizen) travelled Vienna → Istanbul → Dubai → Delhi.
All 9 bags mishandled – never loaded from Istanbul, delivered over 10 days, some damaged.

My brother has came from Delhi to CCU by Air India flight. But at ccu airport his 3 luggage has not been delivered by Air India. They said it was their mistake. But my point is that that luggage has not trased out and not been delivered to us. Please reply @airindia ..

Attached was the background. @airindia never agreed and asked me to ‘validate’ the incident. Even though they had it recorded that the seat was broken, they asked me for the names of crew member to ‘validate’ the incident and wasted time until I supplied with pics and videos

@airindia@airindia and cc @DGCAIndia - I know its my mistake that i did not report damaged luggage immediately as i was supposed to take another flight. I wanted to know why airlines have opened my luggage by breaking the lock and didn’t even bother to inform me at all?
@airindia I have taken flight (Business class) from Mumbai to Johannesburg through Mauritius on 16th March. My luggage lock was found broken once received at Johannesburg airport (inter transfer by airlines). I was never informed at either Mumbai airport nor Mauritius airport.
