AI will disrupt SaaS the way SaaS disrupted on-premise. SaaS solved deployment. Before: Buy software. Install it. Hire IT to maintain it. Pray updates don't break things. After: Just log in. It works. But you still had to learn Salesforce's 47 tabs. Still had to ask "where's that setting?" Still had to sit through training webinars. The software got easier to access. Not easier to use. AI-native solves interaction. You stop learning software. You just tell it what you want. CRM: Tell the AI about the call — don't fill forms. Analytics: Ask questions — don't interpret dashboards. Email: "Follow up with warmth" — don't pick templates. The interface isn't simplified. It's dissolved. Most people see AI as a feature (copilots) or automation (replace workers). They're missing the paradigm shift: AI replaces the interaction model itself. We're not adding AI to SaaS. We're building what comes after.
