How can we eliminate barriers to non-profit developers seeking to build affordable housing in #Pittsburgh? Out-dated zoning drives up costs & delays timelines for getting keys into the hands of new homeowners who desperately need affordable housing.

We have been selected as a finalist for the @WellsFargo Affordable Housing Breakthrough Challenge! We are excited to compete in the finals later this year alongside some other @TernerHousing alums (@TheKelseyMore, Trust Neighborhoods), and fellow Fannie Mae Grantee (BuildUP).

Among the local companies getting a boost from the big federal investment in clean energy is Module, which builds modular houses in a factory to assemble on a lot. Founder and CEO Brian Gaudio is back with us on WPXI's "Our Region's Business," Sunday at 11 on Channel 11.
