@nectar Hi, I recently queried, via your on-line chat service, why my ‘5 X points’ offer hadn’t been added. I was told it would take 28 days even though it was my weekly on-line Sainsburys grocery shop. So why have my ‘3X points’ from last week been added straight away?

@nectar I placed a rare online shop last night not realising my old nectar card was linked to my Sainsburys account. I received a new card in 2024 when my points were stolen. I’ve now updated the account but can I have the points from my shop transferred? I understand if I can’t.
