@axainsurance I’m sat holding a landline to one ear and mobile to the other ear, both calls on hold to @AXA for over an hour. Is this the best that @axainsurance can do? I’m only having to call back due to a mistake by your team and this is a total waste of time. Poor #CustomerService 😡

I’m sorry but in this day and age that’s really bad and @AXA #insurance need a #digitalstrategy that’s #usercentric and avoids poor #customerservice scenarios like this. Not good.
