Additionally, all Tata Group companies have been instructed to review their internal environments to identify whether any such behaviour or incidents of employee harassment exist, as the Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any breach of ethics. N. Chandrasekaran has further directed the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Board to keep Tata Sons regularly updated on all developments. The issue has been deemed serious and alarming, and is being addressed with the highest level of priority. It is also expected that the Chairman of Tata Sons may convene a TCS Board meeting on Thursday to review the progress and findings of the committee.
