As a part of HR policy at my office, specially after the TCS incident, not incident but shocker, I am not going to employ people of that community in my office and advising my clients to not even consider resume of these people not at any level, not at management level, not at middle level, not at lower level, not even peons, guards, office boys

I normally do not post any political tweet. But after TCS incident I am happy with my decision not to employ a particular religion in my office or home. No fear of terrorism or conversion. Wish TCS had learnt. Hindus are most vulnerable religion. Troll me for this. But check my previous tweets. Educated does not mean the change in thought process.

COMPANY SOURCES: Tata Sons has directed its COO, Aarti Subramaniam, to constitute a committee to investigate the matter thoroughly. Additionally, all Tata Group companies have been instructed to review their internal environments to identify whether any such behaviour or incidents of employee harassment exist, as the Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any breach of ethics. N. Chandrasekaran has further directed the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Board to keep Tata Sons regularly updated on all developments. The issue has been deemed serious and alarming, and is being addressed with the highest level of priority. It is also expected that the Chairman of Tata Sons may convene a TCS Board meeting on Thursday to review the progress and findings of the committee.

TCS shocker: allegations of sexual harassment, coercion and religious conversion that need a proper inquiry and zero tolerance if found guilty . Did it require an under-cover police op for victims to speak out in a leading corporate? What was HR team doing?
