@AirtelNigeria Pls what is the problem with my Airtel smart decoder.The internet signal goes off intermittently and for hours when in use. The number is 09111582147. The wireless LED begin blinking red.I keep calling customer care each time for resolution.
@AirtelNigeria I am so disappointed in the way my complaint is being handled. For 8 days and counting I bought 100GB data and I have not been able to use.. Meanwhile the validity is counting down . This is fraudulent.. I have called and visited Airtel office.. still no result

@ConsumersNCC@AirtelNigeria@fccpcnigeria@NgComCommission I bought 100GB for N20,000 for my Airtel smart router 09026665825 on 12th April 2026 and unable to use. despite repeated calls to Airtel customer care and 3 visits to their office in Ilorin. No resolution. Ticket OD were opened on each call and closed with resolution

@AirtelNigeria@AirtelNigeria@fccpcnigeria This is grossly unfair for a Telco. I have sent the affected number but not even an acknowledgement nor a response to show work in progress in resolving complain. This is against the ethic of Consumer Protection Council
@AirtelNigeria I have called Airtel customer care up to 7 times and this is the same thing they keep telling me..'We are committed to resolving this matter... ' and I have not been able to use the data . Will I be compensated by ensuring the validity counts only when the data is usable
