@fccpcnigeria @NgComCommission please be aware that @AirtelNigeria received payment to provide a service yesterday but haven’t provided till now. They are now asking that I should wait another 24hrs and have not provided any reason for the delay.

@ConsumersNCC Airtel advertised a ₦25k 50mbps plan for routers and I paid for one. They refused to give me the subscription and instead converted it to Airtel. This is so unfair. I contacted them and nothing was done. I want the sum reverted. This is fraud.

What exactly justifies @MTNNG 20% increase in the subscription fee for FibreX. Ordinarily, they will claim exchange rate, but the naira had been doimg well against the dollars. @ConsumersNCC @fccpcnigeria need to look into this.
