.@YOHAMI book / ku/no concept review in general Haven’t read the book yet (bought it, next in the list), but listening through ur podcast w OG dude and have some thoughts U talk about how ku/no is like the revamped tg/bg, and obviously is the main topic of ur book But I think the tg/bg concept resonates / is more important than ku/no W ku/no, you want something, it’s like ok just go act, turn off ur no mind, turn off the bullshit excuses u tell ur self, turn off ur made up scenarios of things that could go wrong, turn that bullshit off and just go act, act from the ku mind, then utilize the no mind later to make adjustments Ok cool got it, makes sense But when it comes to the actual acting, how to act, what do when you act, how does this help….? How does ku/no concept answer that question?
