Crimson Desert has spawned the most obnoxious fan base I’ve seen in a minute lol

Crimson Desert might set a new standard for true exploration—no guidance, just you figuring things out. Players are already praising that approach and asking the community for help if needed. Games like Atomfall, Ghost of Yotei, Elden Ring, and Nioh 3 lean into this too—where getting lost, dying, and learning is part of the experience. This is real escape-sim design: you make your own path, place your own markers, and discover things yourself instead of following endless repetitive map icons. #CrimsonDesert

got it for free so time to see if this game is good or not

it was like, five or six years ago, i wanna say when AC valhalla came out, that a game map like this would have been called "ubislop trash" and "junk to fill up an open world" so i'm just kind of confused as to why this is raising the bar and good now
