@Aust4Aussies @strangerous10 Current preferential too complicated. Why not, if say 5 candidates if they get first preference it has a value of 5, 2nd pref 4, 3rd pref 3 etc.

It is not over. Your assertion that they will win "zero seats" is asinine at best.
The Electoral Commission is going to have to recount several seats due to their fucking up an already fucked up preferential voting system. If they have removed the wrong candidate, the count must be redone.
I foresee a time where election counts could routinely take weeks.
