It's kind of crazy how much customer love we get at @reclaimai. Just this morning as I was sweeping through our support tickets, I saw the following new messages, all from different customers. Some needed help, but some just wanted to share their love and support. ❤️

@jkowall @newrelic Sort of. An email that said they were aware of it and then the problem got resolved shortly afterward. Seems like it was totally offline for more than an hour, but I didn’t time it. Status page never updated. Not super thrilled with the lack of transparency and timeliness.

@newrelic Everything seems to be down. status.newrelic.com says "All systems are working normally" but that's definitely not the case for us. We've opened a P1 support ticket but haven't heard back from anyone yet.

@plightbo @reclaimai Thx for the reply, use case is: have weekly recurring habits to block off time for work & have certain ppl who I share my cal with who I want to be able to see these so they can schedule over them if needed, but for most people I want it to just appear busy to schedule around

@reclaimai is there a way to set my 'Habits' to inherit my default cal privacy setting in the same way I can for 'Tasks'? Seems I can only 'show busy' or 'show a __ with a description'...

@paifgx @reclaimai Are you still having this problem? The Todoist settings page requires a working connection to Todoist. If there was a connectivity issue between our two services that could be the cause. If so, it might be working now. LMK.

@reclaimai I currently cannot access my settings for connections (in my case, specifically Todoist). Is there a known bug currently? 🤔

We (@reclaimai) noticed because we integrate with them and saw their outage light up some of our metrics.

Something very odd going on with @asana. Their Twitter profile is changed / private and the service has been offline for over an hour. No updates on the status page.

just signed up for @reclaimai, converted all my meetings to "smart meetings", tried turning it off, and now my entire calendar is deleted. that's one way to reclaim your time i guess, wtf.

@intercom Your service is struggling. Our live support chats with our customers are timing out and generally terrible. It's the same when I try to open a support chat with you via Intercom. So something is up. Please fix!

People who accept payments on Stripe: do you support SEPA? Lately I've been finding the dispute process (spoiler: you don't get to dispute it) to be so unfair we are thinking about no longer accepting it.

Today is the first day of the trial of Bob Lee's (@crazybob ) murderer. I hope his family and close friends will soon fine some bit of closure.

@patrickc @stripe Stripe continues to be a pleasure to work with. The new test clock UX improvements help a ton too! But: I am sad to report that your IT appears to be kicking out all 3rd parties out, inc @reclaimai. We help employees be more effective. We're SOC2 certified, etc. Please help? 😅

@plightbo @stripe Thanks! Any feedback welcome too. Part of what's cool, IMO, is that a lot of the big improvements came relatively recently, and were built by people who joined long after the initial foundations laid.

So now that I'm deep into my first real @stripe integration, I have to say: they have an absolutely first class dev experience. Literally the best I've ever seen. Kudos to @patrickc + the rest of the early team, it's clear they soaked the culture with a dev-first mindset.
