@ponybeans like as far as the Not Dying part i am 100% on board but i do not really give a fuck about my very minimal self harm 💀 so i’m like do i have to actually Care about something that’s not an issue

if i made a safety plan with my therapist that includes what i consider to be an overreaction to minor self harm am i supposed to like. do that. because i’m having urges but also my sh is extremely superficial
