Ik that heavy restriction causes lots of food noise and binging but after so many binge episodes shouldnt my body be satisfied by now 😂😂😂😂😂

at least i work so i physically cant eat. Gonna try and break the binge restrict cycle so i'll have a nutritious meal after work :)

@starrymists I like it, but I think it definitely depends on if you’re okay with the crisper texture and if you’re okay with mixing the sweet/sour flavor of the apple with anything you wanna put in the sandwich. It’s definitely one of those foods you love or you hate
