@vfsglobalcare I am still waiting to hear back does it take so long to get back. This is not acceptable. After having the correct documents for oci you guys still need additional documents.

@vfsglobalcare even after sending a direct message with the details I have not heard back on the oci application. You guys just know how to make it difficult worst service ever. @IndianEmbassyUS @VFSGlobal

@vfsglobalcare I have all my documents and your customer rep says my application will be rejected and sent back if I don’t submit what is asked for. Question is why am I being asked for a notarized document when the certificate was issued by government of the respective state

@vfsglobalcare time and again I have sent reminders but @VFSGlobal and @vfsglobalcare don’t care. What more proof do you need based on the documents I have submitted that it was issued by the marriage registrar. Please don’t make this process more hard than it already is.

@vfsglobalcare this is really the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The issue for the oci application on the marriage certificate has been going on since a week and yet not been resolved.

@vfsglobalcare I have also called customer service multiple times and they say to wait for 48-72 hours. My escalation was raised last Friday and i still haven’t heard back on why i am being asked a notarized joint affidavit when i have submitted a self attested copy already.

@vfsglobalcare I have a submitted my oci application for my daughter and also submitted all documents. I am still being asked to submit joint marriage notarized document stating reasons for non availability of proper certificate for gov registered marriage. This is ridiculous

@vfsglobalcare stop asking for documents when the website clearly states if the marriage is solemnized in India self attested is needed and I have submitted that which includes the seal of the respective government.
