@ItsShVo @Bugzvii 1v3 or “clutch” scenarios in games like this generally follow a similar pattern: Isolate a 1v1, reposition, repeat. In between winning a 1v1 and repositioning, you often have very little/no time to empty the clip onto a knock before their teammates react and punish you for it

@PonkPlus @Bugzvii I mean yeah, when I’m running with a team and not solo filling this issue is relatively non existent. To your point tho, a delay, slower res, etc would absolutely help fix the issue of people hopping back on their feet immediately after being downed in a 1v3

I very much hope Bungie designs future maps around better PvP encounters. Don’t get me wrong I like outpost and cryo, but on the PvP front the engagements are pretty mid I worry if every new map has similar design people are just going to be over it

@zorbiqq69 Being free to play would have probably attracted more players at launch but most of them would have put it down within the first week. The $40 price point isn’t an issue, the genre, style, and gameplay loop is just niche.

Marathon being a free to play game would have made it MUCH more popular. People don’t wanna pay 40$ to “try” out a game that gets good 10 hours in
