In general, this seems to be a very unreliable way to store and retrieve state. How does the signer know whether their latest signature has actually made it into the chain? This is even more difficult for HWW where the software wallet is untrusted. In SHRINCS🛋️, wrong state is catastrophic. In SHRIMPS🦐, less so. Maybe it's possible to come up with a workable scheme if you can bound the uncertainty, but I haven't seen any progress in that direction so far.

Please welcome SHRIMPS🦐 to the family of stateful PQ signatures: 2.5 KB hash-based sigs across multiple devices. SHRINCS🛋️ gave ~324-byte sigs but is single-device. SHRIMPS🦐 addresses multi-device; any device loaded from the same seed creates sigs 3x smaller than SLH-DSA

One of the ways I actively protest the Canadian government is by making sure I don't pay a single penny more in taxes than I have to. For all of Canada's faults there are some decent tax strategies you can and should be utilizing. One specifically is that Crypto losses can be carried forward indefinitely to offset future cap gains. The month of March definitely kicked my ass, in the most spiritual, emotional, financial & physical way possible.
