Max Verstappen has torched GT3s regulations, declaring that fans who enjoy the racing ‘don’t understand’ the sport and that it has become a glorified version of thinking simulator.” #F1 #MaxVerstappen

🚨 | BREAKING: Adrian Newey is stepping down from his team principal position at the Aston Martin and is being replaced by current Audi team boss Jonathan Wheatley. Newey will focus exclusively on technical matters.

🗣️ Max Verstappen: “It’s a joke. If someone thinks this is fun, then you don’t know what racing is all about.” #F1

Trump: I've spoken to a certain president, who I like actually, a past president, former president, he said, 'I wish I did it, I wish I did,' but they didn't do it. I'm doing it. Reporter: Which president? Trump: I can't tell you that. It would be very bad for his career even though he’s got no career left

🚨| F1 team boss disagrees with Verstappen over blistering 'false racing' rant: — Audi team principal Jonathan Wheatley disagreed with Max Verstappen's fierce criticism of the new regulations and the racing seen during the race. Wheatley suggested that Verstappen's comments might be influenced by his current challenging position. “There are battles going on in the field that I think are hugely encouraging. I think you can understand Max's comments perhaps because of where he finds himself.” — Verstappen was highly critical of the new rules after a weekend where he was not in contention for the podium and ended with a race retirement. Speaking to media, he warned: “This will ruin the sport!” — Verstappen argued that the racing has become overly artificial, comparing it to playing Mario Kart. He explained that drivers overtake using electrical boost, only to lose the advantage once the battery depletes, allowing rivals to pass back. — Verstappen emphasized that his criticism is not related to Red Bull's competitiveness. He insisted that even if he were fighting for victories, his concern would remain with the quality of the racing. “I tell you what I would say: I think if you spoke to the two Ferrari drivers, they'd say they had a brilliant day. If you can't win, then if you can just race cleanly, I have to say it didn't look like any kind of false racing to me. Each driver had a go at each other. They raced beautifully, cleanly. I enjoyed watching it.” #maxverstappen 🇳🇱 #audif1 🇩🇪 VIA: [gpblog]
