I think this has always been the case. BDP stated something similar. I think the UDC should select fewer, 2 or 3 at most, then focus.

So there was little magic that went down between April & Sept 2025. The period ended with a deficit of P4.25bn (1.55% of GDP) against projected deficit of P22.18bn (8.06% of GDP). Whatever went down during that period at @BWGovernment enclave, should be encouraged.
