Agent is pointing a B&T GL06 grenade launcher—shooting someone at point-blank range with this so-called "less than lethal" ammo would almost certainly result in death. LAPD just stand by and watch the agent blatantly violate firearm policy that: "Shall not intentionally target the head, neck, groin, spine, or female breast."
