The average retiree spends $5,400/mo Social Security covers 37% of that. Investment portfolio of $850,000 could easily cover the rest. So if someone says you need $3 million to retire comfortably? … They’re out of touch.

Can’t see showers the same after seeing this. All my duplexes will have long panels of quarts like shown in that video. All the other showers with small tile aren’t as good as this anymore. It’s cheaper than small tile… and 100X better.

I need help figuring this out. The house we are buying has a detached garage. The upper floor is a loft apt. The lower floor is the garage. Why is there a single toilet and no sink in the garage❓ We can’t think of a reason for it.
