I suppose there will be some boiled piss around the country this time tomorrow. Fans come to Anfield and chant: “Sign on, you’ll never get a job” And classics such as: “Feed the Scousers, let them know it’s Christmas time” And “You nicked my stereo” Liverpool fans meanwhile, donate to foodbanks locally and around the country. Foodbanks that wouldn’t exist if the country was run properly. Some of those away fans chanting about poverty will know someone who’s had to use one. They also mock the people who died at Hillsborough and use Heysel as some kind of weapon to label literal children as “murderers”. Liverpool fans campaigned for years for better stadium facilities, safety and security for all fans. As well as campaigning for justice for Hillsborough and having a memorial for Heysel - something that people rightly had justice for. The national anthem gets booed as a form of protest against *some* of the above and Liverpool fans are labelled as the bad guys 🤦‍♂️ So yeah, let’s keep protesting for a better country for all.

Watching the 9 o'clock news... Patients in the "East" have better cancer survival rates. Yes, "East". 🙄 You can't hide disparity when it's as serious as people dying but you can rebrand a county name so as not to tarnish it. Blood 🌡️⏫

@Terrymeyler Strange to hear that. Waterford has never been included in the east of the country in any report. The Herity Report most notably, separated UHW from about half of the region it actually serves in order to deny the second cath lab.

@runcertain The east in the article includes the Waterford centre, wexford chemo facility, Luke's and Vincent's in dublin . All of them look after the east and southeast
