I wasn’t seeking a partner, wife or even gf when I met my wife. I was messing around with a few different women at the time, waiting for the end of June 2021 to get there so I could leave TN for good, having already accepted a job in Maryland, lost my best friend in December 2020, needed a fresh start. My wife messaged me on bumble about baseball and sports in Late April. We talked on the phone for like 4 hours a few nights in a row. And then we finally hung out. We hung out for 3 nights in a row, and then she had to help her best friend move out to Cali for two weeks. A very long two weeks. I told her I wasn’t looking and that I was moving to MD in June. She pushed the fuck it button and applied for a lead neuro RN role at John’s Hopkins. She got a call back 24 hours after applying. She had her in person job shadow the week after she came back from Cali, and decided to road trip with me up to MD to take my first load of stuff to the new apt. We never spent a day apart again. Proposed in front of her and my family the last day we were in TN in June. Married that same October. Love finds you, you don’t find it.

@Filthymenez Definitely. I mean there was one point the wife and I were paying 2600/mo for the space we needed. Shit was INSANE. And even when we move back to TN where it’s supposedly cheaper…. We still paid 2100/mo for something 500sqft smaller….

@rycallear He wasn’t bad, he just decided to do dumb shit towards the end of our lease. But it’s always risky finding a roomie: even now with a roomie it’s still expensive

May 16th 2025 I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic…today I was told by my doctor that I no longer require any medicine for diabetes. May 16th I was 316 pounds. Today I’m 254. May 16th my A1C was 12.6 today my A1C is 5.4. May 16th my blood pressure was 170/110. Today it was 117/78. I’m never going back to being that unhealthy again.

Im not mad at anybody. Not Bryan Hodgson. Not Rob Higgins. Not the B.O.T. Not Moez Limayem. None of them. Grateful for the season we had. But we need to stop the rhetoric about being a destination and not a stepping stone. We had a chance to prove that here and failed.

We dropped the Pink Azalea and Green Peach kid golf bags this morning. The pink bags sold out in 1 minute. The green bags sold out in 8 minutes. There were 16 of each color. It was so much fun putting this limited edition drop together and seeing it come to life. This was something new for us and now we have new ideas for other limited drops for the future.
