Incredibly proud of @VickyThornleyGB in her single. Raced in the team with her for a number of years and she is an incredibly tough competitor and has one of the best work ethics I have ever seen. Amazing achievement to be 4th in that field of athletes.

Congratulations to @PaulStannardRow and boys in the quad. Long time coming that one - chuffed for you guys. Top racing from the double too - left it all out there and can be very proud of that. Well done all GB crews overnight, Olympics can be brutal, all deserve massive credit

Top work by the @BritishRowing sculling boys overnight under big pressure conditions. Great to wake up and see them all safely through. Rest up for Wednesday - we will be shouting for you!
