Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

Fixing America’s Food System - Robert Irvine In this episode of The Secretary Kennedy Podcast, I sit down with Chef @RobertIrvine to talk about how we can transform America’s food system without increasing costs. We discuss why real food is more affordable than people think, how better purchasing and preparation can deliver healthier meals at scale, and what his work with the U.S. military reveals about improving nutrition, performance, and long-term health. This conversation focuses on practical solutions to reduce chronic disease, support families, and restore real food to schools, hospitals, and communities across the country.

I've heard literal miracles with this before. Low dose naltrexone. At normal doses it's used to treat addiction, but at low doses (<5 mg) it works some serious magic. It's main actions are that it: 1. Antagonizes the TLR4 receptor - this is the MAIN receptor involved in bacterial and damage mediated inflammation. It's relevant in essentially every chronic inflammatory condition you can name - especially gut issues. It's specifically good for stabilizing the microglia - immune cells in the brain that are often pro-inflammatory with fatigue and other cognitive issues. 2. Increases endorphins - since it blocks opioid receptors it has a rebound effect, and you get the anti-inflammatory properties of opioids but without addiction potential. Lots of doctors use it "off label" to treat things like IBS, IBDs, chronic fatigue, and various other inflammatory conditions. Some people report it literally gave them their life back. And since inflammation itself ends up propagating more inflammation - it can be a useful tool to help break the cycle.

Computer science department at a tier-1 state university just held their ugliest faculty meeting in 47 years Placement rate for their 2026 graduating class: 11% Down from 94% in 2022. Down from 73% in 2024. Down from 38% last semester. The department chair read the numbers twice because nobody believed them the first time 347 seniors graduating in May. 38 have job offers. The rest are applying to grad school, pivoting to finance, or moving back home But here's the fucking knife twist: enrollment applications for fall 2027 are UP 23% High schoolers still think CS means guaranteed $180k starting salaries Meanwhile the professors are getting calls from alumni asking if they should switch majors junior year One faculty member suggested they rename the department "Applied AI Prompt Engineering" just to be honest about what jobs actually exist The career services director quit mid-meeting She couldn't keep lying to kids that their $60k/year education would lead to anything except debt and DoorDash shifts Faculty are now debating whether to slash enrollment by 70% or just let the market do it for them when word gets out The kids in intro programming right now have no fucking idea what's coming

Good morning, Jeffrey. I am trying out Codex in anticipation of Spud and will sunset Cursor if things go well. I am trying to authenticate the install and have hit a wall. I have skills running on a VM in Cursor and am trying to get it working on my laptop. I use 2 machines all the time. Is this an issue?

@doodlestein Something's awry. I instructed cursor to use your skills and validate that it's using skills. It starts off each chat with a validation that the skills are loaded. I also see them loaded when I query in WSL. Thanks for your support with this.

This workflow has really helped clear up a bunch of logjams for me across 10+ different projects where it felt like I was burning a lot of tokens without a lot of tangible progress to show for it. If you feel like you’ve stalled out on a big project, it’s worth giving it a shot.
Jeffrey Emanuel@doodlestein

I transformed this entire "come to Jesus moment" workflow into a new skill called "reality-check-for-project" on my paid skills site, jeffreys-skills.md . Anyway, I'm applying it now to many of my in-progress "FrankenSuite" projects that I haven't had as much time to actively monitor and shepherd, like FrankenRedis, FrankenPandas, FrankenSciPy, etc. It's unbelievably helpful (really, I'm not just saying that). Almost like hiring a second person to go over all the stuff and give me an independent take on everything so we can get projects back on track towards completion. But without me needing to actually do much actively. All I do now is give this to Claude Code: "First read ALL of the AGENTS.md file and README.md file super carefully and understand ALL of both! Then use your code investigation agent mode to fully understand the code and technical architecture and purpose of the project. THEN apply /reality-check-for-project here in an exhaustive way." Then wait 15-20 minutes for it to crank away and follow up with something like this (basically just telling it to close all the gaps it found, followed by my standard prompt for turning plans into beads): --- › I need you to help me fix this. That is, making all the things that are unimplemented but which SHOULD have been implemented according to the beads and markdown plan. Figure out exactly what needs to be done to get us over the goal line with a finished, polished, reliable, performant project in line with the vision described earlier. OK so please take ALL of that and elaborate on it and use it to create a comprehensive and granular set of beads for all this with tasks, subtasks, and dependency structure overlaid, with detailed comments so that the whole thing is totally self-contained and self-documenting (including relevant background, reasoning/justification, considerations, etc.-- anything we'd want our "future self" to know about the goals and intentions and thought process and how it serves the overarching goals of the project.). The beads should be so detailed that we never need to consult back to the original markdown plan document. Remember to ONLY use the `br` tool to create and modify the beads and add the dependencies. --- Then I just do: "First read ALL of the AGENTS.md file and README.md file super carefully and understand ALL of both! Then use your code investigation agent mode to fully understand the code and technical architecture and purpose of the project. THEN: start systematically and methodically and meticulously and diligently executing those remaining beads tasks that you created in the optimal logical order! Don't forget to mark beads as you work on them. Use the /ntm swarm and /vibing-with-ntm skills to implement things in the optimal way according to /bv; launch 3 codex and 3 claude code instances to do this and use your looping feature to check in on the swarm every 3 minutes and feed more instructions to any idle agents." You can really see how all the skills are jointly compounding together to create a super-dense shorthand for communicating complex workflows to the agents very quickly and conveniently.

Huge news! As of today, these are the 4 new liaison members to CDC's vaccine committee, ACIP! @MedMAPS @picphysicians @AAPSonline @Honest_Medicine These 4 groups understand the need to simultaneously protect against: (1) infectious disease, (2) vaccine injury, and (3) violations of informed consent. Despite being only 4 of the 33 liaison members to ACIP (the other 29 are rabid vaccine zealots that promote vaccinating children like cattle), the legacy media will no doubt cry that somehow adding a little balance is unfair. Ther reality is that their concern, consciously or unconsciously, stems from the fact these 4 groups will present facts and evidence that do not fit the legacy media's beliefs. That is what really scares them... Updated VICP Charter: cdc.gov/acip/downloads…

The emotional podium video is from ~early 2017, around the same time as Dr. Neides' controversial column (published ~Jan 6-7, 2017). He issued his formal apology and statement fully supporting vaccinations just two days later, on Sunday, January 8, 2017. Where is Cleveland Clinic's apology for the Covid-19 vax?

On Thursday @WhiteHouse , I met with leaders of the administration, including President Trump, Secretary Kennedy, Susie Wiles, Calley Means, Stephen Miller, Heidi Overton, Karoline Leavitt, Kyle Diamantas, and SG nominee Dr. Casey Means. We discussed the concerns of MAHA regarding several issues, including recent wins and disappointments. It's a great step towards more constructive, ongoing dialogue to work together to address toxic exposure in our food and water systems. It was wonderful to be there with my colleagues in this movement Alex Clark and Courtney Swan.
