@fordnation Considering how much he openly despises the poor you would think the food bank would tell him to kick rocks. How disgusting he’s even wearing an opp shirt as if to brag the opp is in his pocket and why he can be so openly corrupt.

I joined the amazing volunteers at the Daily Bread Food Bank’s annual Easter food sort as they work tirelessly to provide food to those who need it most. Thank you to everyone who is stepping up to make a difference in their communities during this important time of year.

@SherrieLyn70699 @DaleDobach72006 @TorontoStar You and the other person are great examples of that. Learn the differences in government levels. You guys keep blaming the wrong level of government. Now I clearly see why Ford keeps winning and Ontario keeps getting worse.

@sharinglung5 @SherrieLyn70699 @TorontoStar 2.2 million monthly visits to food banks, record homelessness that's ever increasing, massive drug problem, 14% teen unemployment, people dying in emergency waiting rooms, but the liberals care! Holy fuck! What does it look like when they don't care? The Walking Dead!

@BreadWitch @AUBIN78 You do realize a fear of flying is a real thing right? Traveling by train is also significantly cheaper. Factor in security at airports, wait time to board and the travel time difference is probably the same. I think your comment is a total idiot take.

Can’t help but think old Ron here is being paid by the airline industry which will lose millions when the high speed rail is built! When communities on the line are begging for a stop and alleviate traffic on the grid locked 401 but do go on…..

@SherrieLyn70699 @TorontoStar Liberals actually care about the poor, he despises them. He’s a Canadian Conservative but you guys just keep believing the fallacy that conservatives are financially prudent.

@keswickproblems @C_Mulroney It’s wild that a government with a spending problem and can’t balance a budget thinks it can tell others how to govern.

@PBethlenfalvy Meanwhile also paying out $1.4b per month to service the debt. Imagine how many things could be properly funded with that much money. Maybe learn how to say “no” to Ford and his dumb ideas. Also try balancing a budget for once.

We’re putting $1.1 billion back into the pockets of Ontario’s small businesses. More than 375,000 businesses will see real relief, with up to $5,000 in savings every year. It’s all part of our 2026 Budget to protect Ontario and build a more resilient and self-reliant economy. Learn more: news.ontario.ca/en/release/100… @ninatangri

@CP24 The hypocrisy of it all. Ford enlarges his cabinet and staff while telling others they need to shrink. Seems like Ford just wants to bully more of the province so it’s easier to get his way.

@andrewaperez @fordnation @LiaisonCanada Probably the worst time for a new government as they’ll inherit over half a trillion deficit to reign in and a busted economy with high unemployment. They’ll take all the blame while Ford relaxes at his Muskoka compound counting his kickback money.

BREAKING: The tectonic plates are shifting dramatically in Ontario politics on the heels of eight long years of tired, unethical and ineffective government from @fordnation's Conservatives. A new @LiaisonCanada poll out today finds: PCPO: 39% (-4) OLP: 36% (+6) ONDP: 18% (-1) GPO: 5% (-) Others: 3% Seats wise, this translates to: PC: 54 seats (-26) LIB: 51 seats (+37) NDP: 16 seats (-11) GRN: 2 seats (-) OTH: 1 seat (-) RESULT: PC minority OR Liberal coalition gov't. Hold on to your hats: the next 2-3 years are going to be fascinating to watch in Ontario politics! #onpoli #cdnpoli

@ninatangri $5,000 in savings won’t do any of that but business owners will appreciate the savings. Perhaps you guys could refocus and not spend all the money supporting the construction sector and try to spread it out to other industries that have longer term growth potential?

@CityNewsTO I still don’t understand why his approval rating isn’t zero? I guess some people vote conservative no matter how badly it’s going. All I know is the next person to take over is being left with so much mess to clean up and a massive deficit. Might be the 2nd worst gov in Ontario.

@ManyBeenRinsed Well their buyer walked away and they lost the sale. I can’t fault the developer for trying as they might have got a few suckers to buy. Give it time and you’ll see them drop their prices as reality sets in for them.

Builders across Ontario are increasing their prices for homes after the HST rebate. The greed is palpable. They don’t care about U - it’s all about lining their pockets. Disgusting.

@univrsle @MooreintheAM Thanks. Seems like such an odd tax grab without doing any research as to what it would do to that business. I like the repurposing of vacant land into something the community can use.

In 2018, Kathleen Wynne spent 17.3% of GDP & had a $3.7 billion deficit. Doug Ford called her "reckless." This year, Ford's budget spends 17.6% of GDP with a $13.8 billion deficit. He calls himself prudent. financialpost.com/opinion/matthe… via @financialpost
