@AutoPap £260 it cost for a years worth of home charging giving 8600 miles of travel…£130 to fill up a diesel pickup yesterday that will last me 7-10 days No brainer! Yes the road tax is astronomical (£620!) but the running costs are miles apart!

You can't own an EV without a home charger. FULL STOP. Public charging is a rip off which negates the point of having one. Dealers need to be more transparent about this before they take your money.
