Really liked @ZohoBooks and their free level that supported small organisations (in our case a CIC), but today WITHOUT WARNING they have withdrawn the bank integration from the free tier. Will need to look as other options out there! #NOTHAPPY 😠

@instagram - worst support ever! Account locked out so reset - says "Confirm your info on the app" [why? I don't want your ***** app on my phone]. Install the app, and go to "request verification" - and it say "an unexpected error has occurred" AARGH

Now explained problems to a FOURTH customer service person - they will email into the same black hole; Apparently there is no process to escalating to a real person to get a real-time response. This is a brain-dead process and NOT customer service. #notgood

@BoschHomeUK Dreadful Customer Service; spares web-site incorrect; spoke to help line (28 Jul) who said send email - NO RESPONSE. Chased Friday - promised phone call same day - NOTHING, spoke again today - told all they can do is send e-mail into same black hole. #notgood

@DanRaywood Depends on what generated the PDF and whether the protect was clicked when generating. Tend to use nitro's pdftoword.com as my goto conversion tool.

Ok Twitter, I used to be able to copy text from a PDF into Notepad/Word, and that ability seems to have gone. What have I unclicked to stop that happening? Any advice welcome.
