One thing that makes me upset in the startup space is the absolute disrespect given to so-called “lifestyle businesses”. Even re-framing to calling them “million $ businesses” would help take away the negative stigma. Way too many talented founders avoid this biz type b/c of it.

@joulee Disagree for a direct report relationship. Mild feedback almost never creates antibody. If the message doesn’t hurt, it will not cause an improvement. I can agree in a peer to peer relation though which is a complete different set.
