@Docusign is THE WORST!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I bought extra envelopes, spent $500 for the year, and haven't been able to access my account for 2 weeks!! I've talked to 6 different technical support representatives, bots, their supprt center, adn still can't log in./ Their system is so stupid: I go to login, enter my username and password, then it says I need ot reset my passwrod and htat they sent me a link. The link never comes. They say I need to whitelist their email addresses, which I've done on Outlook and at Hostgator, and still I can't login. I am pursuing national media outlets to take this story to a broader audience as I can't be the only one experiencing this problem. In addition I am filing a complaint with the BBB and shopping for a lawyer to sue for damages and breach of contract.

Disappointed in @Docusign customer satisfaction guarantee, because it doesn't exist. I specifically purchased their subscription to be able to accept signatures and ACH payments at once. Reality does not live up to its marketing hype. Despite not working well, no refund.

I just had my first EVER one call close. I’ve had plenty of deals where called & set same day appointment then went and got the deal signed same day. But first time on first call just sending an agreement of sale while on the phone with them then seeing the docusign notification that they signed WHILE on the phone with them. What a great feeling. Ultimate efficiency. $530k ARV $260k contract price with seller.

@Docusign i’ve been a customer for almost 4 years and I can’t believe how trash your support service is. We are trying to send time sensitive documents out. It prompted us to upgrade our account, so we did. It still said we didn’t have enough sends & prompted us to upgrade again.

Anyone out there know how to get @Docusign to stop trying to automatically detect fields when you load a document? I've turned off "new sending experience" and disabled AI field suggestions, but it still does it. It's never right...and it is always really, really annoying.

@Docusign I am utilizing your free trial, but there appears to be an error when sending the same form to multiple contacts. I see the email from one contact was somehow automatically placed into the form for another contact. I don't think I would pay for a subscription for this!
