UPDATE: Just got out of court in Miami. The Judge extended the temporary restraining order until May 11th. There will be a ruling then. The court is now asking me to surrender my firearms. See documents below. We are filing an emergency interlocutory appeal today. Prior restraint against a newsroom is unconstitutional. Near v Minnesota. NYT v United States. This is a violation of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. We are filing an anti-SLAAP, seeking attorneys fees and will appeal all the way, if necessary. The TRO is also based upon third party’s comments, not our reporting. Thats a “hecklers veto,” where the government suppresses or restricts news reporting because of the reaction of an audience. This is regarding our reporting on Matt Tyrmand. We published a tape of him threatening to kill me. He shot up an image of me on the front of my book with a rifle bullet through my heart. He bragged about being a SDNY informant. Comments were angry at him. He just brought a “domestic violence stalking” Restraining order afterwards in Miami family court against my news organization, and the local Judge signed off. This is an extraordinary series of events. This is not an April Fools joke.

A former Denver District Court judge has called out Griswold for repeatedly fabricating her legal resume, falsely claiming she argued before the U.S. Supreme Court when she isn’t even credentialed to appear there. The only thing Griswold is good at is lying, and that's debatable. But for Coloradans, this pattern of "misstatements" and incompetence is nothing new. As Secretary of State, Griswold’s "reign of error" has consistently put our systems at risk: ❌ Security Failure: Her office presided over the catastrophic leak of partial BIOS passwords for voting systems onto a public website—a basic failure of administrative oversight. ❌ Mass Confusion: She oversaw the mailing of postcard instructions to register to vote to 30,000 ineligible individuals, including non-citizens and deceased residents, undermining trust in our elections. ❌ Zero Courtroom Experience: Despite running to be the state’s "Top Cop," Griswold has never prosecuted a single case or argued a case in a Colorado court. It’s so bad how mismanaged this state is. DPS has a $1 billion backlog of repairs on its old, rundown schools. You see it everywhere—crappy buildings and dead, unwatered lawns that look like prison grounds. Marijuana tax money (over $3 billion collected) mostly goes to big construction projects through the BEST program, not to everyday fixes like mowing grass or basic upkeep. That stuff comes from the regular budget, which is always tight. Instead of setting aside money for steady maintenance, DPS keeps asking voters for big bond packages and uses controversial debt tricks. The result? Routine care gets ignored while the problems pile up. Single party rule has been a money laundering disaster. #denver @dps_k12
