I just received the California Official Voter Information Guide and Steve Hilton does not have a candidate statement. There is information in the guide that states those running for Governor could not spend over the voluntary spending limit of $11,767,000 to run in the primary election in order to be eligible to buy space in the guide to enter a candidate statement. Is this normal, or just another way to mess with elections in California?

It is incomprehensible that California has drivers on the road who cannot comprehend English. It is COMMON SENSE to expect our drivers to learn English.
