I was super excited to order some paints for Christmas presents over 5 weeks ago from Culture Hustle, however still 'being made' and the means to communicate is convoluted at best. @stuartsemple you have such awesome things to offer as gifts to inspire artwork for kids at Christmas, there has to be a better way.

A lot of you asking about what happened with website yesterday. We did a major upgrade and it went a bit wrong. A big. All fixed and back up now. Means customer support will sync up better across stores and tracking is improved. We've needed this upgrade for ages.
