The average normie approach is simple:
For bulking: eat as much as possible, big and frequent meals : not optimal, but it works.
For cutting: eat less, basically starve yourself, add a lot of cardio : not optimal, but it works.
But a clean bulk ? Completely different game. It requires a real understanding of metabolism and the hormonal environment.
That’s where you realize CICO is a gross oversimplification.

To help those who believe there will be an amphibious landing on Kharg Island, here’s a map. Note how Kharg Island is in the western end of the Persian Gulf. Note where the Strait of Hormuz is. Consider that there are no US naval assets anywhere in the waters portrayed in this map. Ask yourself why.

@privaz3tte so true, I didn’t even know engineering was a career until I got to college. All I knew were doctors, teachers, military and lawyers. I wish adults did a better job of really telling/showing kids all that’s out there. But I guess you can’t teach what you don’t know
