He is good at combining but he needs carrying and a bit of dribbling to be either a top LB or LW. He is good when it is a team move of 1-2s and he has to do his actions on 1st touch.

When will the Amorim lovers move on, its a sickness. He refused to play Mainoo and just him starting games under Carrick has won us so many games. I wonโt even explain all the little changes.

Ruben Amorim could have gotten us Champions League football if he stayed. The foundation Carrick is thriving on? Thatโs Amorimโs workโฆ the players he brought in, the basics he drilled, the partnerships and instincts he built. Even now, you can see traces of itโฆ even if some of it is starting to fade in players like Mbeumo and Amad. And letโs not forget โ Amorim is a big reason Bruno Fernandes is still at Manchester United. Bruno was close to leaving, but Amorim pulled him back in because he believed in his project. Say what you want, but the roots of this progress didnโt just appear overnight.

And they still produce elite numbers every season. Dembele is the hardest working attacker in Europe and he won the Ballon DโOr. Olise combines creativity with an insane amount of work rate and efficiency. Kvaratskhelia fights for every phase of play like his life depends on it. Luis Diaz defends aggressively like a full-back and attack with intensity. Meanwhile Marcus Rashford moves like defending is optional because they think theyโre bigger than the system. You donโt press or defend enough with the excuse that youโre โsaving your strength for attackโ according to your fans and you donโt even produce elite numbers every season to back it up. When people demand more from him, his fans think weโre asking for his life. His unwillingness to consistently press, track runners and sacrifice for the team without producing impressive numbers is why no elite team rate him. The best attackers today donโt just entertain. They suffer for the badge, lead from the front and work for the success of the team.

The level of wingers you are getting to see in this game, forget Utd, no PL team has it. Playing the CL next year getting at least 1 quality top 1v1 winger is nearly as important as the 6.
Especially on the right if you getting only one.

You cant teach a runner to be good on the ball but someone good on the ball as long as is young + mobile enough can be worked OOP

Do you see 1 exclusive duel winning specialist midfielder in either team ?
Theyโre all technically abled first & foremost then they are drilled to be busy OOP, none of them are limited to โground eaterโ profile.
Utd needs to find their young techy 6/8 who is made to run.

@AnuoluwapoIlias I feel Cunha is at least comfortable with the ball and can scare with his shot but our right is horrendous in high pressure high quality games there is nothing to offer from the rhs.

Cricket needs saving, bat weight and thickness limit reduction, may be you award 6 only if they go over to the crowd, thicker seam or something.
Because where is the motivation for a kid who wants to bowl leg break or clock 150k where marginal errors are bound to happen.

Gone back 5, when will we get a manager/coach that thinks of a base midfield 3 (even if inverting) before going to a back 5.
Back 5 is reactive rather than taking control.
