The PSR Grievance Committee (#NUFC #AVFC) are always first in line to complain about #MUFC or #THFC spending… But strangely quiet when #MCFC drop another €100m while still facing 130 charges. 🤔

@AdamJoseph There’s no evidence Fernandes would have blow our wage structure we never met the £85m guaranteed fee. I’m curious though you know Cunha, Mbeumo and Sesko are now on 200k a week because we’re back in the Champions League?

When it comes to Manchester United signing Youri Tielemans & Andrey Santos compared to Elliot Anderson, Mateus Fernandes or Sandro Tonali that it's a question of quality, it's not. It is value for money. Nobody is denying how good Anderson is, but he wanted to join City & even if he didn't, he is not worth £116m. The club can't spend that on a single player this summer. Fee the justifiable reason to walk away. Nobody is denying they wanted Fernandes, but even if he was worth £85m the club couldn't blow up their wage structure to make him a top 3 paid player. Wages alone the justifiable reason to walk away. Tonali simply wasn't worth the fee or the money. There is no world where he is worth £100m & the same wage Bruno Fernandes is paid. The club were right to walk away from that one a long time ago. Even if you are ok with the fees being quoted in an inflated market, dressing room dynamics play a part. Good luck explaining to Cunha, Mbeumo, Sesko & Mainoo why those players are paid so much more. Manchester United are reducing a bloated wage structure. It's clear wage bills correlate with success & it will naturally increase with better performance & as the club recovers from a revenue perspective. The club spent years upon years doing bad deals. Overpaying for transfers who seemed like good ideas, giving out bloated contracts to players who seemed worth it. How do people have such short memories? Labelling people who understand or care about the financial aspect as accountants misses the point. You should care about the money too. It all ties into the club's ability to spend to it's absolute maximum. Context matters. If you aren't paying attention, maybe you should start - because you're missing the point.

I don’t know what Bouaddi should be worth I’m just sick of the lack of consistency from the value in the market brigade in the Man United fan base.
Victor@ELTRAINVICTOR

@DevildetailsMU I get your point but £100m of Bouaddi is crazy

City identify elite talent & relentlessly pursue it. We miss out on ours, pivot, then spend days pretending the backup plan was always preferable. Support the players, absolutely. But don't confuse that with lowering the club's ambitions. #mufc #GlazersIneosOut

@Klejdi894636471 In this league you never know that’s a good rule to follow as fans were wrong about prices sitting from a far telling buyers and sellers what the price should be 😂

Declan Rice and Caicedo were not worth £100m in most fans opinions, but as I said at the time West Ham in particular would have to spend £100m to find another Rice to sell and that’s exactly what happened you can look at their signings in midfield on Transfermrkt. No Agenda here Oshare!

@DevildetailsMU Bro he’s not worth 100 mill just allow the agenda for once please

@terryflewers That’s not what happened with Olise anyway, most clubs could do exactly what Forest threatened with Gibbs White but it’s bad practice so most clubs accept the clause has been met and move on.

1. No one else is on it because Man Utd got full player buy-in and Tielemans only wants us (correct strategy to stop other clubs). 2. Villa gave the release clause 3. There will be no legal actions as no rules were broken.
Laurenz Vescoli 🇦🇹@Laus1507

£35m release clause??? First, why is no one else on that? Second, Villa will be FUMING this release clause got out! Wouldn’t surprise me if this ends up like Olise to Chelsea and it all falls through because of threat for legal action
