This was one of the best rides of my life. I felt locked in fight night. No fear just focused positive adrenaline. Love to my team. 🥹 My heart is heavy, I wanted to throw, battle, win, but I kicked when I should have moved and was down and done. If I hadn’t tapped she would’ve broken my arm, as it had begun to crackle. The disappointment of losing like that is very humbling. @JonnyBones and @cainmma came up to my table after the fight. They set my mind straight. Jon said, “You haven’t fought in 17 years? Do you know how big your balls have to be to get back in there after that long? Did you set some sort of record or something? Respect!” 🤣 That’s exactly what I needed to hear from the best to ever to do it. I’ve been in a caloric deficit for a year, training felt like swimming as hard as I could upstream. I can count on two hands the number of times I felt good training. It was physically the hardest thing I’ve ever done taking the weight off while turning back into an athlete. I felt like a science experiment losing 100lbs. Every week the pressure of how to get that little bit off. I learned a little late how to do it healthier but trial by fire. The California Athletic Commission is great and one of the strictest in the world. They weighed me a week and a half before the fight, extra tests and scans, multiple drug tests. We weighed in and they weighed us the night of the fight to make sure we complied with the rehydration rules, which I passed all easily. I needed to go through this fight to implement permanent lifestyle changes and now I feel like this is just the beginning. I can’t wait to see where I can push my body to go next. I’m so glad the world got to experience this version of @rondarousey I found a beautiful woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister and legend. I adore you lady. We made history, again. I hope @MostVpromotions MMA @netflix continue on because they CRUSHED it. Respect where respect is due. @nakisa_bidarian @jakepaul It was such a great experience. Ok. Vulnerable post but here we are. I just weighed in at 141.4 lbs. Since Sept 2024 to today, May 15, 2026, I have lost 100lbs. It hurts to say that and share but I am going to share it because I worked so damn hard every week for over a year and a half to shed this weight. It did not happen overnight. If it wasn’t for having this incredibly challenging goal in fighting @rondarousey I most definitely wouldn’t have reached this. I was pre-diabetic, had trouble simply walking in September 2024 and have been on the path to recovery to turn myself back into an athlete since then. It was hard, SO damn hard.. there was so much to learn, too much to unpack here, ups, downs, plateaus, things I learned late I wish I learned earlier, trial by error but I did it. Thank you to Ronda, who waited patiently while I lost this weight and giving me something to aim for. There is still so much I need to learn and want to do in the health space and to continue transforming my body, but for today, I thank God, my husband and my family for sticking with and encouraging me the whole way. I pray this encourages you wherever you are in your health journey. Believe there is hope. Never give up. Ok.. enough emo, I’ve got a fight tomorrow. We’ve worked so hard to get here. An overnight traffic stop for an improper display of a license plate led to the discovery of multiple firearms, ammunition, and a bullet-resistant vest in the hands of two juveniles from Nashville. Around 2:30 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Lebanon Rd near Highland Dr. The two occupants were determined to be 17-year-old males from Nashville. With assistance from a Lebanon Police K9, a search of the vehicle revealed four firearms (three pistols and one AR-style rifle), ammunition, several magazines including a high-capacity drum magazine, spent shell casings, multiple THC vapes and cartridges, approximately $500 in cash, a bullet-resistant vest, and a ski mask. Both juveniles were charged with unlawful possession of a Schedule VI drug for resale, unlawful drug paraphernalia, four counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and curfew violation. The driver also faces an additional charge of driving without a license. Both were taken into custody. While we may never know their full intent, being out at 2:30 a.m. in our community with those items is deeply concerning. We’re thankful for the vigilance and proactive work of our officers, always committed to protecting Mt. Juliet.

As we respond to downed tree calls across the city, our Public Works and Parks Department crews are right there with us, equipped and ready to handle the heavy lifting. Moments ago, multiple trees were cleared from W Division Street near the county line. We appreciate everyone working together to keep our community safe.

This afternoon, a traffic stop on Lebanon Road near Lookout Drive for a window tint violation led to the arrest of a wanted man and the seizure of dangerous drugs. During the stop, the driver physically resisted arrest and attempted to flee on foot but was quickly taken into custody. Once detained, officers discovered he was carrying a large amount of cash, along with cocaine and fentanyl. The passenger was also found to be in possession of cocaine, marijuana, and several empty marijuana bags. He was wanted on a probation violation warrant out of Rutherford County tied to prior drug charges. The driver, a 30-year-old Nashville man currently on probation for similar offenses stemming from a 2021 case, now faces charges for Driving Without a License, Resisting Arrest, Evading Arrest, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Cocaine and Fentanyl for Resale. The passenger, a 29-year-old man also from Nashville, was charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana, Simple Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and his outstanding warrant. Our team’s vigilance and proactive enforcement continue to make a real difference. We remain committed to preventing crime from taking root in our community and ensuring Mt. Juliet remains one of the safest cities in Tennessee.

Our team remained proactive, on patrol, and always on the lookout. In addition, five wanted individuals—none of whom live in Mt. Juliet—were discovered and apprehended for crimes committed outside of Wilson County. They came into our city, but thanks to the alertness of our officers, they didn’t leave unnoticed. This level of safety isn’t possible without the support of our residents and local businesses, who continue to look out for one another and report suspicious activity. I want all of you to know that our family is able to be somewhat uplifted because of ALL OF YOU! Here is an update on our sweet boy 💕 Andy has been surrounded all daily by family and friends, his fellow guardsmen, soldiers, airmen, US Marshals, MPD, our local sheriff’s office, and many other law-enforcement representatives. They have all been such angels to all of us 🥹 We continue to have complete faith in a total healing of our sweet Andy. He is remaining stable, with good vital signs, and while being heavily sedated, he still continues to be very active. Moving his arms, legs, and mouth. His pupils are dilating normally and his brain pressure is normal. All huge wins! He has absolute best neurosurgeon, ICU doctor, and so many nurses that are helping to sustain him. They are absolute angels in my eyes 🥹 We know there is a long road to go, but our faith keeps us hopeful. We remain grateful for the prayers and support of people all over the world. Our God is so good and I will continue to say this…Andy will have one heck of a testimony to share with all! We are praying for faith to be renewed in those who need it and for non-believers to come to know Jesus as they witness this miracle happening with our precious boy.
