Gender inequalities persist-new data reveal inactivity levels in women are on average 5 percentage points higher than in men (34% vs. 29%). In 1/3 of countries it is 10% and some countries, the difference is 20%!

New paper examining the entire physical activity intensity spectrum (all at once!) associated with cardiometabolic risk in adults.
Findings, if causal, support WHO PA recommendations encouraging PA of (almost) all intensities - i.e. “every move counts!”
