Twitch desperately needs to grow their viewership. They should be offering contracts to popular women that have a large female following. Ari for instance, any girl from TheShadeRoom, girls from the Bachelorette or other popular reality shows. Wendy Ortiz has done an incredible job of bringing over female viewers but that is only one person. Twitch needs to increase the female viewership, because the current female streamer flock is producing great content, but males refuse to watch it. They don't want to admit that the reason they don't watch female streamers is because they would rather watch male streamers. In the past they used to blame it on the quality of content that the women were producing, which was valid. The female streamers were playing games at an inferior level to the male options, but now that IRL content is so massive, that's no longer the case. Female streamers like QTCinderella have done a great job at curating events and collaborations, but she built most of her following in a male-dominated Twitch viewership. Streamers like ExtraEmily and Yonna are objectively good content creators and if there was a large female viewership on Twitch I don't doubt they could be top 10 on the platform. The unfortunate part is many of them have to cross-collaborate with male streamers because of the lack of female streamers they can work with.
